1. Agreement

By downloading or using the DeepMeadows desktop application or website ("DeepMeadows"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use DeepMeadows.

2. License

DeepMeadows is provided to you under the licence in our public repository. The desktop application itself is free during early access. Specific paid features (such as hosted multi-user sync) may be offered later under separate terms.

3. Your data

You retain full ownership of all content you create in DeepMeadows. We claim no rights over your pages, blocks, databases, or AI conversations. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use DeepMeadows to:

• Violate any law or third-party right.
• Attempt to disrupt or attack hosted services we provide.
• Reverse engineer compiled binaries beyond what the licence permits.

5. Third-party services

DeepMeadows integrates with third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Ollama, etc.). Your use of those providers is governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for their content or behaviour.

6. Disclaimer

DeepMeadows is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, lost productivity, or indirect damages resulting from use of the application.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
